Established in 2018, JV Human Capital is a specialist recruitment business serving construction and engineering markets. From its South African roots, the business has supported clients and candidates across South Africa, the United Kingdom, Africa and the Middle East.
Our UK division focuses on the M&E contractor market. We take time to understand the project behind each vacancy: the technical requirements, the team, the working environment and what the appointment needs to achieve.
For candidates, that means understanding their experience and career goals, representing them properly and staying involved through the process.

Founder & Managing Director
Jano founded JV Human Capital on a simple belief: recruitment works best when relationships come before transactions.
With experience in specialist recruitment and team leadership, he has worked closely with contractors, decision-makers and professionals in the South African construction and UK engineering markets.
His approach is hands-on. From understanding a client’s brief and speaking with candidates through to managing offers and following up after placement, Jano remains involved throughout the process.
A successful appointment needs to work for both the person taking the role and the business employing them.
